- DECLARAR inexequible la Ley 9 del 15 de Julio de 1992, "por medio de la cual se aprobó el Convenio de Integración Cinematográfica iberoamericana, suscrito en Caracas el 11 de noviembre de 1989", por las razones de incompetencia antes expuestas, sin perjuicio de la constitucionalidad del mismo Convenio declarada en sentencia No. C-589 de esta Corporación de fecha 23 de noviembre de 1992.
