- DECLARAR INEXEQUIBLE la Ley 10 del 17 de julio de 1992, "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el Convenio que crea el Consejo de Cooperación Aduanera, firmado en Bruselas el 15 de diciembre de 1950", sin perjuicio de la constitucionalidad del Convenio mismo declarada en sentencia de esta Corporación de fecha octubre 22 de 1992, C-563, por las razones precedentes.
