Solicitud de nulidad del trámite realizado en el marco del expediente de la referencia.
El peticionario presentó un escrito en el que manifestó: “«pido se dé inicio a incidente de nulidad de carecer de sustento normativo el decidir la Sala la acción de inconstitucionalidad del expediente D-13915 sin haber antes pronunciamiento de fondo sobre la del expediente y D-14019 dada la clara violación al debido proceso ante tal situación pues le corresponde a la Sala sesionar como lo indica el orden del día”.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR DE PLANO la anterior pretensión, toda vez que resulta improcedente por ausencia de carga argumentativa mínima para establecer la presunta violación al debido proceso.
