Solicitudes de aclaración y adición a la Sentencia T-169/22.

Luego de analizar los fundamentos del peticionario, la Corte concluyó que las pretensiones debían ser RECHAZADAS, porque si bien cumplieron con los requisitos de legitimación por activa, pues fueron presentadas por el representante legal de las sociedades accionantes, y de oportunidad, toda vez que se constató que los escritos se presentaron antes de que se venciera el término de la ejecutoria, no se acreditó el cumplimiento del requisito de carga argumentativa.
