Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-290/25.
La constructora peticionaria adujo que es un tercero interesado que se vio afectada de manera grave y desproporcionada por el numeral séptimo del precitado fallo, referente a la orden dirigida a las curadurías 1ª y 2ª de Santa Marta para que no expidieran licencias de urbanización y construcción en el barrio Bellavista de esa ciudad, hasta tanto no se definirá la verdadera capacidad del sistema de alcantarillado en la zona.
Al revisar los requisitos de procedencia encontró la Sala Plena que se incumplió el de oportunidad, toda vez que la petición fue presentada de manera extemporánea.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZÓ la nulidad invocada.

- Primero. RECHAZAR, por falta de oportunidad, la solicitud de nulidad presentada por el señor Santiago Martínez Rueda, en representación de la constructora MMVR S.A.S., en contra de la Sentencia T-290 de 2024.
- Segundo. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR la presente decisión a las partes, con la advertencia de que contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
