  1. PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto del 28 de abril de 2026 proferido por el Juzgado 006 Civil del Circuito de Pereira , dentro de la acci�n de tutela promovida por Miriam Duque Bustamante, en contra del ciudadano Carlos Enrique Fajardo Yara y otros .
  2. SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-5416 al Juzgado 006 Civil del Circuito de Pereira para que, de manera inmediata, contin�e con el tr�mite y adopte la decisi�n que corresponda.
  3. TERCERO. ADVERTIR al Juzgado 006 Civil del Circuito de Pereira que, en lo sucesivo, se abstenga de suscitar conflictos de competencia a partir de las reglas de reparto contenidas en el Decreto 1069 de 2015, modificadas por el Decreto 333 del 2021.
  4. CUARTO. Por medio de la Secretar�a General de esta Corporaci�n, COMUNICAR la presente decisi�n al accionante, el Juzgado 006 Civil del Circuito de Pereira y Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Risaralda . Notif�quese, comun�quese y c�mplase.
