- PRIMERO. NEGAR el recurso de súplica presentado por Ricardo Andrés Giraldo Cifuentes en contra del Auto del 20 de mayo de 2025, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada contra los artículos 23 y 25 (parciales) de la Ley 1908 de 2018, que adicionaron los artículos 307A y 317A a la Ley 906 de 2004.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra la misma no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
