Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-566/95.
La Corte interpretó que la petición estaba dirigida a aclarar la parte resolutiva de la precitada providencia, debido a que hizo referencia, en dos ocasiones, al numeral 9 del artículo 89, pese a que la norma demandada fue el numeral 8 del mismo artículo.
Luego de analizar el caso la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZARLO por cuanto el memorialista no está legitimado, la solicitud es manifiestamente extemporánea y el error señalado no tiene incidencia en la parte resolutiva del mencionado fallo.
