- PRIMERO. DIRIMIR el conflicto de jurisdicciones entre la especialidad laboral de la jurisdicci�n ordinaria y la jurisdicci�n de lo contencioso administrativo, en el sentido de DECLARAR que corresponde al Juzgado 001 Administrativo de Florencia conocer de la demanda ordinaria laboral promovida por Hamilton Narv�ez Tovar, Albeiro Rodr�guez Rojas, Rafael S�nchez Tamayo, Rodrigo Vargas Beltr�n y Gabriel Quintero Aguirre en contra del Departamento de Caquet�.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente CJU-7722 al Juzgado 001 Administrativo de Florencia [15] para lo de su competencia y para que comunique la presente decisi�n al juzgado 001 Laboral del Circuito de la misma ciudad [16] y a los sujetos procesales dentro del proceso administrativo correspondiente. � �Notif�quese, comun�quese y c�mplase.
