- PRIMERO. �DIRIMIR el conflicto de jurisdicciones suscitado entre el Juzgado 054 de Peque�as Causas y Competencia M�ltiple de Bogot� y el Juzgado 031 Administrativo Oral del Circuito de la misma ciudad, en el sentido de DECLARAR que el mismo le corresponde al Juzgado 054 de Peque�as Causas y Competencia M�ltiple de Bogot�.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretar�a General, REMITIR el expediente CJU-7706 al Juzgado 054 de Peque�as Causas y Competencia M�ltiple de Bogot�, para que proceda con lo de su competencia y comunique la presente decisi�n a las dem�s partes e intervinientes y al Juzgado 031 Administrativo Oral del Circuito de la misma ciudad. Notif�quese, comun�quese y c�mplase.
