- PRIMERO. � DIRIMIR el conflicto de jurisdicciones entre entre el Juzgado 001 Administrativo de San Jos� del Guaviare y el Juzgado 001 Promiscuo Municipal de Miraflores, Guaviare en el sentido de DECLARAR que el Juzgado 001 Promiscuo Municipal de Miraflores, Guaviare es la autoridad competente para conocer la demanda ejecutiva promovida por Skynet Colombia S.A.S. E.S.P. en contra de la Alcald�a Municipal del Municipio de Miraflores, Guaviare.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretar�a General de esta Corporaci�n, REMITIR el expediente CJU-7626 al Juzgado 001 Promiscuo Municipal de Miraflores, Guaviare [22] para lo que corresponda, de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de la presente providencia. Esta autoridad judicial deber� comunicar la presente decisi�n a las partes e intervinientes.
