- Primero. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, en relación con la solicitud presentada por la Comisión de Seguimiento a la Política Pública sobre Desplazamiento Forzado, en los términos del fundamento jurídico 4 de esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director de la Unidad para las Víctimas abstenerse de omitir injustificadamente la entrega de la información solicitada por los demás actores que intervienen en el proceso de seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025 de 2004.
- En ese sentido, ADVERTIR al mencionado funcionario que, negar el acceso a la información a la sociedad civil constituye un incumplimiento de sus obligaciones procesales. Aquello, configura un bloqueo institucional que afecta el proceso de seguimiento y vulnera los derechos de la población en situación de desplazamiento forzado.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR, por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, la presente decisión al Director de la Unidad para las Víctimas, al Secretario Técnico de la Comisión de Seguimiento a la Política Pública sobre Desplazamiento Forzado, a la Procuradora General de la Nación, al Contralor General de la República y al Defensor del Pueblo.
