Recurso de súplica.

La demanda se rechazó porque el actor no logró superar las deficiencias argumentativas advertidas en el auto de inadmisión, toda vez que reiteró los argumentos iniciales y no presentó nuevos elementos de juicio que permitieran estructurar verdaderos cargos de inconstitucionalidad.

Tras encontrar que el actor incurrió en una falta de motivación que le impedía emitir un pronunciamiento de fondo, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR el recurso por improcedente.
