Teniendo en cuenta que la Sala Plena de la Corporación encontró que mediante Auto 654/22 resolvió la misma controversia y se asignó el conocimiento de la acción de tutela al Juzgado Quinto Administrativo Oral del Circuito de Villavicencio, se dispuso ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en el mencionado proveído y enviar el expediente al precitado operador jurídico, para que tramite y resuelva de fondo el amparo invocado.
