  1. PRIMERO. De acuerdo con lo estipulado en el inciso 2º del artículo 64 del Reglamento, por Secretaría General de esta corporación, SUSPÉNDANSE los términos para fallar el proceso de la referencia por tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de notificación del presente auto.
  2. SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de esta corporación, COMUNÍQUESE de lo dispuesto en esta providencia a las partes y terceros con interés en el presente proceso.
  3. TERCERO. Contra este auto no procede recurso alguno.
