El actor adujo que en el precitado fallo la Corte incurrió en un cambio ilegitimo de jurisprudencia y por esa vía, en una elusión arbitraria del análisis de asuntos de relevancia constitucional.
La Sala Plena verificó que la presente petición incumple el requisito de oportunidad, en tanto fue presentada de manera extemporánea.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ la nulidad invocada.
