Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia C-363/23.
El actor argumentó la elusión de análisis sobre unos argumentos fundamentales de su demanda, lo cual, de haberlos considerado, habrían dado lugar a una decisión distinta a la adoptada.
Concluyó la Sala Plena de la Corporación que en el presente caso no se cumplió con el presupuesto de carga argumentativa necesaria para demostrar la configuración de una elusión arbitraria de asuntos de relevancia constitucional.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ la nulidad deprecada.
