- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR POR IMPROCEDENTE el recurso de suplica presentado por el ciudadano Alan Poe Palma Chavez contra el auto de 22 de septiembre de 2021, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta en el expediente de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, archivese el expediente.
