El peticionario adujo que la precitada providencia dejó de analizar asuntos de relevancia constitucional que tienen efectos trascendentales en el sentido de la decisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que la nulidad pretendida es improcedente por no cumplir con el requisito de carga argumentativa y, por eso, decidió RECHAZARLA.
Se ordenó al memorialista abstenerse, en lo sucesivo, de formular peticiones manifiestamente improcedentes.
