Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado 4 Administrativo del Circuito de Arauca y el Juzgado 1 Promiscuo de Familia del Circuito de Saravena (Arauca).
La controversia entre los precitados despachos tuvo su origen en las diferentes interpretaciones del factor territorial.
Ambos presentaron una serie de argumentos relacionados con el lugar donde se presentó y tuvo sus efectos la vulneración de derechos alegada por la parte demandante.
Se dirimió el conflicto con la remisión del expediente al Juzgado 1 Promiscuo de Familia del Circuito de Saravena para que, inmediatamente, continúe con el trámite respectivo y dicte la decisión a la que haya lugar.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto proferido el 29 de abril de 2025 por el Juzgado 001 Promiscuo de Familia del Circuito de Saravena, dentro del expediente ICC - 5003.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC – 5003 al Juzgado 001 Promiscuo de Familia del Circuito de Saravena, con el fin de que inmediatamente continúe con el trámite respectivo y dicte la decisión a la que haya lugar respecto de la tutela presentada por la señora Sofía, actuando en calidad de agente oficiosa de su hijo Sebastián, contra la Nueva EPS S.A. y la IPS MYT Salud.
- Tercero. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corporación, COMUNICAR al accionante y al Juzgado 004 Administrativo del Circuito de Arauca, Arauca, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
- Cuarto. Notifíquese, comuníquese y cúmplase.
