La Sala Plena de la Corporación constató que no se acreditó la carga argumentativa mínima requerida para emitir un pronunciamiento de fondo y, por ello, decidió RECHAZAR la súplica deprecada.

  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica presentado por Harold Eduardo Sua Montaña (expediente D-15683) contra el auto mixto del 19 de marzo de 2024, que rechazó parcialmente la demanda de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta particularmente contra los artículos 3, 4 (parcial), 5, 6, 12, 13 y 16 de la Ley 2281 de 2023.
  2. SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR esta decisión al recurrente e indicarle que contra la misma no proceden recursos.
  3. TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, REMITIR el expediente al despacho de la magistrada Natalia Ángel Cabo para que se continúe con el trámite del juicio de constitucionalidad respecto del cargo admitido.
