La demanda se rechazó porque en el escrito de corrección no se superaron las deficiencias argumentativas identificadas en la inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación coincidió con los argumentos de la magistrada sustanciadora y consideró además que con el auto cuestionado no se vulneró garantía constitucional alguna de la demandante.
Con base en lo anterior, decidió CONFIRMARLO en su integridad.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el auto del 20 de septiembre de 2021 mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda formulada por la ciudadana Victoria Daza Urueta Caballero contra la Ley 2050 de 2020 y el paragrafo del articulo 22 de la misma ley, en el expediente identificado con el numero D-14378.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decision a la demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-14378.
