El accionante le solicitó a la Corporación intervenir para que se dé cumplimiento a las órdenes impartidas en el fallo de la referencia.

Teniendo en cuenta que el peticionario no aportó elementos de juicio que permitan establecer que el juez de primera instancia omitió dar inicio a un eventual trámite de incidente de desacato o que el mismo haya sido admitido o decidido, se dispone remitir la petición formulada al Juzgado Tercero Laboral del Circuito, para lo de su competencia.
