Un primer recurso se formuló respecto del rechazo in limine por falta de competencia y, el segundo, por el derivado de la falta de subsanación de acuerdo a los lineamiento presentados en la inadmisión.
Por coincidir con los argumentos planteados por el Magistrado Ponente, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide CONFIRMAR los autos recurridos.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR los autos del 27 de octubre de 2017 y del 22 de noviembre del mismo ano, proferidos por el Magistrado Antonio Jose Lizarazo Ocampo, que rechazaron la demanda presentada por los ciudadanos Corine Duffis Steel, Walt Hayes y Sergio Estrada Alvarez.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al recurrente, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Archivese el expediente.
