El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque el actor no presentó el escrito de corrección dentro de la oportunidad prevista para ello.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió CONFIRMAR la providencia recurrida, en tanto consideró que la decisión de rechazo no fue arbitraria y que obedeció a la situación objetiva de la falta de corrección de la demanda dentro de la oportunidad legalmente establecida.
