La demanda se rechazó porque las razones expuestas por el actor en el escrito de corrección no superaron el requisito de carga argumentativa de claridad, en tanto se insistió en los mismos cuestionamientos formulados inicialmente.
Luego de concluir que no se acreditó la carga argumentativa mínima requerida para emitir un pronunciamiento de fondo, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHZAR la súplica invocada.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por falta de carga argumentativa, el recurso de súplica presentado por Juan Sebastián Ramírez García contra el Auto del 23 de abril de 2025, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada en contra de la totalidad de la Ley 2442 de 2024 dentro del expediente D-16.441.
- SEGUNDO. RECHAZAR de plano, por improcedente, el señalamiento formulado en el escrito de súplica en cuanto a la recusación contra la magistrada Natalia Ángel Cabo en el expediente D-16.441.
- TERCERO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra la misma no procede recurso alguno.
- CUARTO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
