Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre las Salas Laboral y Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Pasto.
La Sala Laboral se abstuvo de asumir el conocimiento del asunto argumentando que, acorde con el artículo 32 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, era la Sala Civil-Familia la competente para resolver la impugnación, por ser el superior jerárquico funcional de los jueces de familia de ese distrito judicial, específicamente del Juzgado Segundo de Familia de Pasto, quien fungió como primera instancia.
Se dirime la controversia con la remisión del expediente a la Sala Civil-Familia mencionada, para que de manera inmediata tramite y decida la impugnación formulada.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto proferido el 1 de Septiembre de 2017 por la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Pasto, a través del cual se abstuvo de tramitar la impugnación formulada por la EPS Comfamiliar y el Instituto Departamental de Salud de Nariño, dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora Andrea Margarita Lasso Urresta como apoderada judicial de Mariana del Socorro Portilla, quien a su vez funge como agente oficiosa de Cecilia Cabrera de Portilla.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-3126 la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Pasto (Nariño), para que asuma el conocimiento inmediato de la impugnación presentada dentro del proceso de tutela de la referencia.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaría General de la Corte, COMUNICAR a las partes y a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Pasto (Nariño), la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
