Solicitud de aclaración y adición de la Sentencia T-201/15, presentada por la apoderada sustituta de la Fiduciaria Davivienda S.A., entidad que absorbió las obligaciones a cargo de la Fiduciaria Cafetera S.A. la petición está dirigida a que la Corte indique en la parte resolutiva del precitado fallo, que el mandamiento de pago librado pro el Juzgado Quince Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá se dirige contra la Fiduciaria Davivienda S.A., pero únicamente como vocera y administradora del patrimonio autónomo de administración y pagos Almadelco No. 3-1-0321 y hasta el límite de recursos gestionados por esa fiducia.
Por no reunir los presupuestos necesarios de procedencia, se RECHAZAN los requerimientos formulados.
