Recurso de súplica.
La demanda fue rechazada por la indebida subsanación.
Esto, por cuanto en el escrito de corrección el actor insistió en las razones invocadas en su memorial inicial, sin rectificar los aspectos de la demanda que debían ser complementados, de acuerdo al auto de inadmisión.
Luego de encontrar que el actor no cumplió con la carga argumentativa necesaria para hacer procedente el recurso, en tanto la motivación no estaba encaminada a controvertir las consideraciones que condujeron al despacho sustanciador a rechazar la demanda, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZARLO.
