En sede de revisión el peticionario, en calidad de tercero con interés, adujo que la insistencia presentada por el magistrado Antonio José Lizarazo Ocampo fue extemporánea y, por consiguiente, se le vulneró el debido proceso.

Luego de hacer el análisis correspondiente, la Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que no existía razón para que prosperada la nulidad reclamada y, por ello, decidió DENEGARLA
