Solicitud de apertura de trámite de cumplimiento e incidente de desacato de la Sentencia T-084/18.
Luego de analizar la petición formulada por la parte actora encuentra la Corte que la controversia de ésta con la entidad demandada se refiere a los contenidos económicos de la orden proferida en el numeral tercero de la parte resolutiva del precitado fallo.
Frente al particular precisa la Sala que la solicitud no se encuadra dentro de las hipótesis excepcionales que permiten a la Corporación promover el trámite de cumplimiento o iniciar el incidente de desacato pretendido.

- PRIMERO. NEGAR la solicitud de apertura de trámite de cumplimiento e incidente de desacato de la Sentencia T-084 de 2018, promovida por la señora Omaira Jaqueline Nandar de la Cruz.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que, por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, se remita al Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Ipiales la comunicación enviada a esta Corporación por la señora Omaira Jaqueline Nandar de la Cruz, en la cual se pronuncia sobre el cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-084 de 2018.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaría General, se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a la peticionaria.
