Conflicto de competencia entre los Juzgados Segundo Penal del Circuito de El Espinal (Tolima) y el Primero Municipal de Pequeñas Causas Laborales de Villavicencio.
Considera la Corte que en el presente caso se configuró un conflicto negativo de competencia fundado en las diferentes interpretaciones que tuvieron los despachos judiciales involucrados respecto del factor territorial.
Teniendo en cuenta la elección que a prevención hizo el demandante, la Sala Plena de la Corporación resuelve el asunto con la remisión del expediente al Juzgado de El Espinal, para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
