Con el presente auto se resuelve un escrito presentado por una ciudadana, mediante el cual manifestó que recusaba al Magistrado Alberto Rojas Rojas.
En dicho documento señaló que coadyuvaba la recusación presentada por distintas personas de la CVI-CADH, en relación con un amplio conjunto de procesos.
También solicitó a la Sala que, luego de resolver dicha pretensión, declarara la nulidad de las actuaciones realizadas por el precitado magistrado en cada uno de esos procesos, especialmente, los relacionados con el aborto y la eutanasia.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR, por falta de legitimación y, por ende, de pertinencia, la recusación formulada en esta oportunidad.
