Solicitud de nulidad del Auto 038/21, mediante el cual se resolvió las recusaciones presentadas por la ahora nulicitante, en contra de los magistrados Alejandro Linares Cantillo y Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado.
La Sala Plena encontró que la presente petición debía ser RECHAZADA de plano toda vez que la misma providencia, en su parte resolutiva, estableció que no procedía contra ella recurso alguno.
Además de lo anterior, la Corte consideró que la petición resultaba manifiestamente improcedente por otras varias razones.
