Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Noveno Civil Municipal de Cali y el Juzgado Primero Civil Municipal de Buga.
La controversia se generó en torno a las diferentes interpretaciones que del factor territorial hicieron las autoridades judiciales involucradas.
Teniendo en cuenta que ambos despachos son competentes para tramitar la acción de tutela, la Corte decide respetar la elección que hizo el accionante y dispone que quien debe dar trámite a la misma es el Juzgado de la ciudad de Cali.
Se remite el expediente a dicho Despacho para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
