PRIMERO. CONCEDER la prorroga de noventa (90) dias habiles para concluir el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en el ordinal
segundo. resolutivo de la Sentencia T-236 del veintiuno (21) de abril de 2017, plazo que sera contado a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia, de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este auto.
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, OFICIESE al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Choco9 -Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria-, autoridad judicial que obro como Primera Instancia en el tramite de la tutela T-4.245.959, para que, en el termino de dos (2) dias siguientes al recibo de la comunicacion respectiva, ponga en conocimiento de las partes y de los terceros interesados dentro del referido expediente de tutela, lo aqui decidido, con la advertencia que contra esta decision no procede recurso alguno.
