Luego de verificar que en el escrito de subsanación el actor se limitó a reiterar los argumentos de la demanda, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR el recurso impetrado

RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica formulado el 15 de marzo de 2023 en contra del auto del auto proferido el 8 de marzo de 2023, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Yezid Fernando Alvarado Rinco´n en contra de los artículos 81 y 82 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, dentro del expediente D-15132.
  2. Segundo. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de la decisión al demandante con la indicación de que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
