Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque la actora sólo subsanó el requisito de claridad, pero no las demás deficiencias advertidas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que la argumentación presentada por la actora no se colige del cargo principal que enunció en su demanda a pesar de que la construcción del mismo fue claro.
Por lo anterior, consideró que el recurso impetrado no prospera y, en consecuencia, decidió CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.

- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto del 28 de noviembre de 2022, mediante el cual el magistrado José Fernando Reyes Cuartas rechazó la demanda presentada por la ciudadana Catalina Hoyos Jiménez en contra del literal d (parcial) del numeral 3 del artículo 39 de la Ley 14 de 1983.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, el contenido de esta decisión a la demandante, indicándole que contra este auto no procede recurso alguno.
- Tercero. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-14984.
