Solicitud de aclaración de la sentencia T-525/19, formulada por Colpensiones.

La entidad solicitó a la Corporación aclarar la regla jurisprudencial contenida en la parte motiva del fallo de la referencia, relacionada con el hecho de que las autoridades deben llevar a cabo pago de las prestaciones reconocidas a personas con discapacidad, para lo cual deben realizar los ajustes razonables necesarios para que los miembros de esa población puedan gozar efectivamente de las mismas.

Tras verificar que la petición bajo examen no persigue que se aclaren frases o conceptos contenidos en la parte resolutiva de la providencia que ofrezcan verdadero motivos de duda, la Corte decidió DENEGAR el requerimiento elevado por Colpensiones.
