Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque el demandante no subsanó las deficiencias argumentativas advertidas en el auto de inadmisión y no satisfizo las exigencias argumentativas de especificidad, pertinencia ni suficiencia.
La falta de motivación y, por ende, de procedencia, impidió a la Corte emitir un pronunciamiento de fondo.
Con base en lo anterior, la Sala Plena procedió a RECHAZAR el recurso impetrado.

- Primero. RECHAZAR, por improcedente, el recurso de súplica interpuesto por el ciudadano Jorge Hernán Leal Gutiérrez en contra del auto de 23 de marzo de 2023 que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad en contra de los artículos 243 de la Constitución Política y 303 de la Ley 1564 de 2012, "por medio de la cual se expide el Código General del Proceso y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- Segundo. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
- Tercero. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
