Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-582/17.
La Jefe de la Oficina Asesora Jurídica del ICBF pidió a la Sala de Revisión aclarar si la orden estipulada en la parte resolutiva de la providencia de la referencia se refiere a la realización de un simple diálogo directo con las Comunidades Negras y Afrodescendientes del Municipio de San Jacinto, o si por el contrario conlleva el deber de adelantar el proceso de consulta previa.
Por considerar que el fallo aludido no hace referencia a elementos jurídicos vagos o ambiguos sino a un derecho fundamental con un contenido concreto y definido, se DENIEGA la aclaración invocada.
