Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre los Juzgado Trece Civil Municipal de Oralidad y el Juzgado Veintiocho Civil del Circuito de Bogotá y el Juzgado Primero Promiscuo Municipal de Villeta (Cundinamarca).
En este caso se respeta la elección que a prevención hizo la accionante y se dispone enviar el expediente al despacho judicial del municipio de Villeta, para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
Se hace una advertencia al Juzgado Trece Civil Municipal de Oralidad de Bogotá, para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de proceder como lo hizo, en tanto ello desconoce la jurisprudencia reiterada y vinculante de la Corte Constitucional.

- Primero. Promiscuo Municipal de Villeta - Cundinamarca dentro de la acción de tutela formulada por la señora Dina Mair Anzola Mahecha contra del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar - ICBF.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-3063 al Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo Municipal de Villeta - Cundinamarca, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
- Tercero. ADVERTIR al Juzgado Trece Civil Municipal de Bogotá, para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de proceder como lo hizo, en tanto ello desconoce la jurisprudencia reiterada y vinculante de la Corte Constitucional.
