Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Primero Penal Municipal para Adolescentes con Función de Control de Garantías de Medellín y el Juzgado Segundo Promiscuo Municipal de Turbaco (Bolívar).
La controversia se generó en torno a las diferentes interpretaciones que hicieron los despachos involucrados respecto al factor territorial.
Teniendo en cuenta que ambos juzgados son competentes para decidir la acción de tutela invocada, la Corte decide dar prevalencia a la elección que el actor hizo a prevención y, en consecuencia, remitir el expediente al Juzgado Primero Penal Municipal para Adolescentes con Función de Control de Garantías de Medellín, para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
