Solicitud de aclaración y adición de la Sentencia T-669/13.
La memorialista fundamentó su petición en el hecho de que el fallo de la referencia omitió abordar lo relacionado con la violación del derecho fundamental al debido proceso de los actores, al no brindárseles la oportunidad de agotar la vía administrativa interponiendo los respectivos recursos en contra de los actos administrativos que cancelaron las tarjetas de operación de sus vehículos.
Luego de analizar detenidamente la petición, la Sala de Revisión considera que no está llamada a prosperar y, en consecuencia, decide DENEGARLA.
