Luego de analizar los requisitos de procedencia constató la Corte que la presente petición resulta improcedente por incumplir el presupuesto de oportunidad.
Por lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ por extemporánea la aclaración invocada.
No obstante, se remitió el escrito al juzgado de primera instancia para que continúe realizando su deber de verificación de cumplimiento del fallo de la referencia.

- Primero. RECHAZAR por extemporánea la solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-109 de 2015 presentada por Juan Bautista Sepúlveda Anaya, conforme las razones expresadas en la presente providencia.
- Segundo. INFORMAR al peticionario que contra el presente auto no procede ningún recurso.
- Tercero. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR la presente providencia al peticionario y al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Promiscuo Municipal de Floridablanca. En igual sentido, REMITIR la solicitud de aclaración al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Promiscuo Municipal de Floridablanca para que continúe realizando su deber de verificación de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-109 de 2015.
