La Sala Plena decidió CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido, tras comprobar que la demanda recayó sobre normas amparadas por una sentencia que hizo tránsito a cosa juzgada y por incumplir con la carga mínima argumentativa exigida para la acción de constitucionalidad en contra de normas que han sido previamente analizadas por la Corte.
