Solicitudes de aclaración y/o adición de la Sentencia C-506/23.
Un memorialista le indicó a la Corte que era necesario aclarar el fallo, en el sentido de precisar la cobertura del hecho generador del impuesto al que se refiere, en lo que concierne a las importaciones.
Otros dos ciudadanos argumentaron que el fallo contiene conceptos que ofrecen motivos de duda que, en su criterio, tendrían que dar lugar a su adición y/o aclaración.
Por no cumplir con la carga argumentativa necesaria para demostrar que la precitada providencia contiene conceptos o frases que ofrezcan un verdadero motivo de duda, la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZARLAS por resultar improcedentes.
