Se pidió a la Corporación corregir la providencia de la referencia, en tanto se identificó a la accionante con apellidos diferentes.
Teniendo en cuenta que la Sala constató que el error señalado por el peticionario se encuentra consignado tanto en los antecedentes , como en la parte motiva y resolutiva de la sentencia, se accede a la petición y se dispone la corrección pertinente.

- PRIMERO. ACCEDER a la solicitud de corrección de la sentencia T-458 de 2017, presentada por Herman González Martínez.
- SEGUNDO. CORREGIR la sentencia T-458 de 2017 en el sentido de reemplazar los apellidos González Martínez, asignados por error a la demandante, por los que verdaderamente corresponden, a saber, Janeth Carolina Delgado Chávez.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR la presente providencia a las partes por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional.
- CUARTO. SOLICITAR a la Relatoría de la Corte Constitucional que, en la página web de la Corporación, reemplace la versión actual de la sentencia T-458 de 2017, por la que resulte de cambiar los datos antes señalados. A su vez, que adjunte copia del presente auto a la sentencia respectiva, con el fin de que sea publicado junto con ella en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional correspondiente.
