Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Superior de Medellín y el Juzgado Segundo Civil del Circuito de Oralidad de Itagüí.
La controversia se presentó por la interpretación que hicieron los despachos involucrados de las reglas de reparto contenidas en el Decreto 1382 de 2000.
La Sala considera que la autoridad competente para resolver la solicitud de amparo es el de la ciudad de Medellín, a quien dispone enviar el expediente para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.

- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto del 6 de julio de 2017 proferido por la Sala de Decisión Constitucional del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín dentro del expediente ICC-3053.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR a la Sala de Decisión Constitucional del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín el expediente ICC-3053, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por Leidy Yijana Salazar Zora contra el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Itagüí.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a las partes y al Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Oralidad de Itagüí.
