Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-1034/12.
El memorialista solicitó a la Corporación aclarar el alcance del fallo de la referencia y establecer si el mismo le reconoce derecho alguno a la familia Fortich Barraza – Castro y en qué consiste dicho derecho sobre las Tierras de Bocachica y la Hacienda Carex.
Así mismo, indicar sobre qué linderos y medidas se le extendió dominio a la precitada familia y sobre qué extensión de tierras.
La Sala no sólo encontró que la petición se interpuso por fuera del término de ejecutoria de la providencia, sino que la decisión no es anfibológica, oscura, generadora de equívocos o que presente frases o conceptos que ocasionen verdaderos motivos de duda SE RECHAZA.
